Early Childhood Educator / Teacher (Childcare Centre – Visa Sponsorship Available)Position Title: Early Childhood Educator / Early Childhood Teacher
Centre Type: Long Day Care / Childcare Centre
Location: Sydney, NSW (or specify suburb)
Employment Type: Full-Time (38 hours per week)
Salary: $70,000 – $86,000 per annum + superannuation (based on qualifications and experience)

About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and qualified Early Childhood Educator / Teacher to join our team in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with educators and management to deliver high-quality early learning programs.This role offers the opportunity to work in a nurturing Montessori environment with children aged 15mths - 3 years, with supportive staff to create a beautiful, engaging space where each child can grow to their fullest potential - academically, socially and emotionally.As a valued member of our educational team, you will prepare and maintain the indoor and outdoor learning environments, supporting classroom activities, and lead the planning and discussions around individual children's learning and development.This position may be eligible for employer sponsorship under the Subclass 482 (Temporary Skill Shortage) visa for suitably qualified applicants.This is a full time role, with shifts varying between 7am to 6pm.Positions to ASAP.If you are passionate about early education and inspired by the Montessori philosophy, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Support the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of children
  • Maintain compliance with the NQF, National Regulations, and centre policies
  • Complete observations, documentation, and developmental assessments
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment



Essential Requirements
  • Qualifications:
    • AMI 0-3 Diploma (recommended, but not essential)
    • Minimum qualification of Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (for Educator roles), is required for this role, OR
    • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (for Teacher roles)

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 1 years of relevant full-time experience (required for visa eligibility)
  • Skills Assessment:
    • Ability to obtain or hold a positive ACECQA assessment (mandatory for Early Childhood Teachers)
  • English Language:
    • Must meet visa English proficiency requirements

  • Multilingual ability in Spanish, Portugese or Italian is strongly preferred to support our diverse families.
  • Current Working With Children Check (NSW) (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
