We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team.   • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service
  • Supervise and support front-of-house staff, including serving and hospitality team members
  • Coordinate food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Oversee food production processes, maintaining quality control across all dishes served
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and professional team
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Support in organising special events or functions within the restaurant

Skills
  • Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively
  • Extensive restaurant experience, including food preparation, cooking, and serving
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production and kitchen hygiene
  • Culinary experience with an understanding of various cooking techniques and food presentation
  • Leadership qualities with excellent organisational skills
  • Experience in hospitality environments such as hotels or bars is advantageous
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
