What is this challenge about
Design and develop high-quality, maintainable software components within the product ecosystem;
Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and business stakeholders to translate real-world challenges into digital solutions;
Contribute to architectural discussions and propose improvements that enhance performance, reliability, and maintainability;
Implement and maintain tests and participate in testing activities;
Review code, mentor peers, and uphold coding standards within the teams
Contribute to release preparation, including technical documentation and deployment activities;
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), actively participate in demo sessions, and ensure clear, reliable documentation to help users adopt the product;
Handle functional and technical service requests from business stakeholders, providing timely and effective support;
Help create technical items on the product backlog, phrase them in a value-oriented manner understandable by business stakeholders, and support the product owner to prioritize these according to value delivered.

What we are looking for
At least 4 years of experience in similar roles;
Strong knowledge about .NET 8 and microservices;
Experience working with SQL Server, Oracle, RabbitMQ, NHibernate, Entity Framework;
Familiarity with Architecture & Patterns: Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Clean Architecture,
Design Patterns;
Experience with Testing & CI/CD: xUnit / NUnit, Azure DevOps Pipelines;
Strong grasp of software design principles, clean coding practices, and architectural thinking;
Experience working with complex systems and maintaining large codebases over time;
Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders fluently;
Fluency in Portuguese and in English, knowledge of either French or Dutch is a plus.
