Quantity Surveyors (MEP) – US Relocation Opportunity

We’re working with a client expanding their Mission Critical division, and they’re looking to hire multiple Quantity Surveyors with MEP experience to support major growth across the United States.
This is a fantastic opportunity for UK-based professionals who are open to relocating and want to work on some of the most complex and high-value projects in the market.
🔹 The Opportunity:

• Work on large-scale data centre developments
• Join a fast-growing, specialist Mission Critical team

🔹 We’re looking for:

• 3–10+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally with MEP exposure
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
• RICS accreditation (advantageous)
• Strong pre- and/or post-contract experience
• UK-based candidates open to relocating

🔹 Package:

• Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 (dependant on experience)
• Relocation package provided
• 401(k) retirement plan
• Medical insurance
