• £52,000 to £55,000 per year equivalent ($105,000 to $110,000 AUD per year), depending on experience
• 12% superannuation (pension) paid on top of your wages

The role As a Workshop Chargehand / Senior HGV Mechanic in Perth, you will lead the day to day workshop operations while remaining hands on.

• Oversee daily workshop workflow and job allocation
• Support and lead technicians and apprentices on the floor
• Liaise with Service and Parts teams to keep jobs moving
• Manage and coordinate warranty repairs in line with OEM standards
• Carry out diagnostics, servicing and repairs as required
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Drive workshop performance and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Recognised UK or Irish HGV / Heavy Vehicle Mechanic qualification (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or similar)
• Experience working as a Chargehand, Supervisor or Senior Technician
• Strong experience working in an OEM dealership environment (ideally with IVECO trucks)
• Diagnostic and fault finding experience
• Understanding of OEM and warranty processes
• Full UK or Irish driving licence
• Willingness to relocate to Perth, Australia
