We are a busy manufacturer and project management company based in Redditch and are currently looking for a reliable and organised Admin / Sales Support Assistant to join our team.This is initially a temporary position with the opportunity to progress into a full-time permanent role for the right candidate.As a Living Wage Employer, we are committed to fair pay and a supportive working environment. - Providing general administrative support to the team
- Assisting with sales enquiries and customer communications
- Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
- Preparing quotations and documentation
- Supporting project coordination and internal teams
- Handling emails, phone calls, and customer queries
Requirements:
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous admin or sales support experience preferred but not essential
